The role involves building relationships, participating in events, and collaborating with store leadership to grow the community hub. Schedule varies, including mornings and weekends.

Competenze

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation
• Flexibility with varying work schedules including weekends and holidays

Mansioni

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life
• Establish and manage local relationships with ambassadors and partners
• Engage with the local community to identify opportunities and increase guest acquisition
• Provide technical product education to guests and integrate omnichannel programs
• Attend, support, and host local and regional community events
• Review data to identify insights and recommendations for leadership
