Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store’s community strategy, build relationships with Ambassadors, studios, and local partners, and deliver a world-class guest experience on the floor.

You will collaborate with store leadership to bring the community foundations to life, manage local relationships, identify ambassador opportunities, and support events and product seeding within the community.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life through community foundations and guest experience.
• Establish and manage local relationships (Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners) to increase guest acquisition and retention.
• Engage with the local community to identify Ambassador or partner opportunities and strengthen the store’s standing as a community hub.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs into the guest experience.
• Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events and execute product seeding through partners and Ambassadors.
