Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store's community strategy and enhance the guest experience with a community perspective on the floor. You will develop and sustain relationships with ambassadors and partners, supporting product seeding and local studio collaborations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life, through foundations and guest experience.
• Establish and manage local relationships with Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, and partner studios to increase guest acquisition and retention.
• Engage with the local community to identify Ambassador opportunities and strengthen the store’s role as a community hub.
• Interact with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs into a seamless experience.
• Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Review data to share insights with leadership on Community events and initiatives.
• Foster an inclusive team environment and celebrate differences.
