Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store’s community strategy through relationship building, events, and product seeding with local studios and Ambassadors. You’ll deliver a world-class guest experience on the floor while bringing a strong community perspective to guest interactions.

The role focuses on building local partnerships, engaging with guests, and supporting events that strengthen the store’s position as a community hub.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing or community building.
• Experience building relationships with clients, groups, or partners is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy and guest experience to life.
• Establish and manage local relationships (Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studios) to grow guests.
• Engage with the local community to identify Ambassador or partner opportunities.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Attend, support, or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute product seeding with community partners and Ambassadors.
• Review community data and share insights with store leadership.
