Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store's community strategy by building local relationships with ambassadors and studios, hosting events, and supporting product seeding. You will deliver a world-class guest experience on the floor, bringing a community perspective to every interaction and expanding the store's role as a community hub.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of the store

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life through guest experience.
• Establish and manage local relationships with Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, and studio partners.
• Engage with the local community to identify Ambassador opportunities and partnerships.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs and provide product education.
• Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute product seeding through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Review community data and share insights with store leadership.
