Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store's community strategy and build relationships with Ambassadors and local partners. You will support product seeding, attend local studios, and bring the community perspective to guest interactions on the floor.

In this role you will collaborate with store leadership, host events, and help turn the store into a community hub while delivering a world-class guest experience. A year of customer-facing work is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life.
• Establish and manage local relationships with Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, and partner studios.
• Engage with the local community to identify ambassador opportunities and increase the store's standing as a community hub.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Attend, support, and host local and regional Community events.
