Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life.
• Establish and manage local relationships with Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, and partner studios.
• Engage with guests to identify needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute product seeding through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Review community data to share insights with store leadership.
