Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking a Community Standards Coordinator to maintain high customer service in resident inquiries, answer calls and emails, and provide information on governing documents and violations.

The role requires inspecting properties, issuing violations, documenting cases, and assisting with Architectural Review processes. A valid driver’s license and flexible availability are essential, with CAM license preferred.

Qualifications

• Professional and adaptable, maintain confidentiality of business matters.
• Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and efficient with problem-solving.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Able to communicate clearly in writing and speaking with high attention to detail.
• Excellent telephone manner and focus on customer service excellence.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as site needs demand.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• CAM license preferred; required in FL, GA, NV within six months.

Responsabilités

• Conduct community drives and inspections of residential properties.
• Issue violations with reference to deed restrictions and aesthetics.
• Document, photograph and record all violations.
• Assist Homeowners with the Architectural Review process.
• Prepare applications for committee review.
• Other duties as assigned.
