Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation seeks a Community Standards Coordinator to provide top-notch customer service for residents and support HOA governance documentation and violations.

You will handle inquiries, drive inspections, document issues, assist with Architectural Review, and prepare applications for committee review. A focus on confidentiality, organization, and accuracy is essential, with flexible scheduling including some evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standard of customer service in resident inquiries.
• Answer phone calls and emails and provide info on HOA documents and violations.
• Conduct community drives and inspections of residential properties.
• Issue violations with reference to property maintenance and aesthetics.
• Document, photograph and record all violations.
• Assist homeowners with the Architectural Review process.
• Prepare applications for committee review.
