Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking a Community Standards Coordinator to maintain exceptional resident service and manage HOA governance matters. You will handle inquiries, document violations, and support architectural review processes to ensure community standards are upheld.

The role requires strong organizational skills, reliable transportation, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Professional and adaptable with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving ability and discretion with confidential information.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and professional communication.
• CAM license is preferred and required in FL within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high level of customer service in resident inquiries and interactions.
• Answer phone calls and emails, provide information on governing documents and violations.
• Conduct community drives and inspections of residential properties.
• Issue violations with reference to property maintenance and aesthetics.
• Document, photograph and record all violations.
• Assist Homeowners with the Architectural Review process and prepare applications for committee review.
