Responsibilities

• Maintain high levels of customer service in resident inquiries and interactions.
• Answer phone calls and emails, provide general information on HOA governing documents and violations.
• Conduct community drives and inspections of residential properties.
• Issue violations with reference to property maintenance and aesthetics.
• Document, photograph and record all violations; assist with Architectural Review processes.
