Qualifications

• HS Diploma (or GED) plus related clerical experience preferred.
• Strong communication with diverse clients and the public.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data entry.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accurate paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone calls, walk-ins, schedule appointments, complete intakes and process applications.
• Guide clients through the program processes and paperwork.
• Maintain eligibility records and follow up with clients.
• Prepare reports, enter data, and manage invoices.
• Support multiple programs while adhering to confidentiality.
