Job summary

MAHUBE-OTWA is seeking an Intake Navigator for our Energy Assistance program to help clients access critical services. You will handle phone calls and walk-ins, schedule appointments, complete intakes, and process applications with accuracy and care.

This full-time, non-exempt role is office-based with potential for remote work after training, located in MN. Candidates should be customer-service oriented, organized, and comfortable working with diverse communities.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma (or GED) plus Technical/Vocational certificate and 1 to 3 years related clerical experience. Equivalent combination of education and or experience will be considered.
• Ability to work with diverse cultures and low-income programs.
• Strong oral and written communication and data entry skills.
• Basic math and clerical skills.
• Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process phone calls and walk-ins, schedule appointments, complete intakes and process applications.
• Handle paperwork and provide services to clients and households.
• Coordinate with team to ensure timely and accurate information.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy in all interactions.
