Bedrock Property Management in Houston, TX is seeking a Community Director to lead day-to-day operations and ensure resident satisfaction. You will oversee property staff, manage vendor relations, maintenance, and financial reporting to meet leasing and financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary customer service to all residents, proactively solving issues and creating a warm environment.
• Stewards the financial management by creating, reviewing, and submitting required reports.
• Ensures all team members abide by fair housing standards and laws.
• Mentors team and staff, inspiring them to perform at their best and develop professionally.
• Guides on company policies and announcements while communicating requirements.
• Represents the company professionally to residents, vendors, and owners.
• Operates security systems and office equipment on site.
• Maintains resident files with confidentiality.
• Ensures property maintenance and work orders are completed timely.
• Responds to issues outside normal hours to ensure safety and satisfaction.
• Trains onsite staff and models Bedrock values.
• Drives property performance via resident events and marketing.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
