Bedrock Property Management in Austin, TX is seeking a Community Director to lead day-to-day operations, oversee staff, manage vendor relations, and drive occupancy and financial performance for your community.

Qualifications

• Minimum (2) years of multi-family property management experience.
• Experience as a Community Manager or Property Manager preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to residents and proactively solve issues.
• Manage financial reports and daily/weekly reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal fair housing standards and laws.
• Mentor and supervise onsite staff and model core values.
• Communicate company policies and announcements clearly.
• Represent the company professionally to residents, vendors, and owners.
• Operate on-site systems and devices (security, cameras, copiers).
• Maintain resident files with confidentiality.
• Ensure property maintenance and work orders are completed timely.
• Respond to issues outside normal hours when needed for safety and satisfaction.
• Train and supervise onsite staff to meet goals.
• Drive property performance through events, marketing, and retention.
