Job summary

Bedrock Property Management in Houston is seeking a Regional Manager to lead portfolio operations, oversee Community Directors, manage vendor relations, and drive occupancy and financial performance across multiple properties.

This role requires 5–10 years of multifamily management, CPM preferred, with strong communication and a proven track record of coaching teams to meet goals while delivering exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 to 10 years multifamily, multi-location property management experience.
• CPM preferred and a track record of leading high-visibility properties.
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, management, finance, or related field; or 10 years of multi-location management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Community Directors and property operations across portfolio.
• Forecast, track, and report budgets and financial performance.
• Monitor occupancy targets and drive revenue and resident retention.
• Lead vendor relations, contracts, and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and applicable laws.
• Mentor, coach, and develop site leadership teams.
• Travel between properties to support portfolio performance.
