Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Community Director to lead day-to-day operations, oversee staff and vendor relations, and drive leasing goals and financial performance at our Austin property.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in multi-family property management, strong communication and leadership skills, and a dedication to resident satisfaction and community standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of multi-family property management experience.
• Experience as Community Manager, Property Manager, or similar preferred.
• Customer experience focus with results in occupancy and retention.
• Proven ability to lead a team with motivation, goals, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service and create a welcoming environment for residents.
• Steward financial management through daily/weekly reports.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies.
• Mentor onsite staff and develop professional skills.
• Represent the company professionally to residents, vendors, and owners.
• Oversee maintenance, work orders, and vendor interactions to resolve issues promptly.
• Drive property performance through resident events and marketing efforts.
