Bedrock Property Management is seeking an Assistant Community Director to support daily operations, vendor relations, and leasing goals at a Bedrock community. You will help ensure resident satisfaction, manage reports, and uphold fair housing standards.

The role emphasizes communication, organization, and a proactive approach to improving property performance while maintaining a professional presence in interactions with residents, vendors, and owners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of multi-family property management experience.
• Experience in leasing, property management, or community management preferred.
• Experience leading a team with positive motivation, goal setting, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary customer service to residents and proactively resolves issues.
• Assists in financial management by creating daily and weekly reports.
• Abides by federal fair housing standards and applicable laws.
• Develops professional skills and seeks continual growth and learning.
• Presents a professional image and represents the company to residents, vendors and owners.
• Drives property performance by participating in resident events and marketing the property.
