Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking an Assistant Community Director to support day-to-day operations, vendor relations, and reporting for our Houston community. You will help meet leasing and financial goals while ensuring resident satisfaction and a high standard of service.

You will collaborate with the Community Director to drive occupancy, coordinate events, and manage staff performance, while upholding fair housing and company policies across property operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of multi-family property management experience.
• Experience leading a team to success through motivation and accountability.
• Customer experience mindset and ability to mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service and create a welcoming environment for residents.
• Assist in financial management by producing daily/weekly reports.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Develop professional skills and pursue continual growth.
• Represent BEDROCK professionally to residents, vendors, and owners.
• Support resident events and marketing efforts to drive retention and occupancy.
