lululemon is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store's community strategy, build relationships with ambassadors and studios, and enhance guest experiences on the floor. You will drive product seeding with local partners and participate in community events to position the store as a local hub.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service or community engagement, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to travel to the assigned store for varied shifts.

• Establish and manage local key relationships with ambassadors and studios.
• Engage with the local community to identify future ambassador or partner opportunities.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs and provide product education.
• Attend or host local and regional community events.
• Execute product seeding strategy through community partners and ambassadors.
• Review community data and share insights with store leadership.
• Foster an inclusive team environment welcoming differences.
