Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Community Specialist to execute our store’s community strategy through relationship building, events, and partnerships with Ambassadors and local studios. You will contribute to guest experiences on the floor with a community-forward perspective.

The role focuses on developing local relationships, supporting product seeding, and attending events to help grow the store’s role as a community hub and engage guests across activities in yoga, running and movement.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.
• Experience building relationships with clients, groups, or partners is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Execute the store's community strategy through relationship building and events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Ambassadors and local partners to drive guest acquisition and retention.
• Provide exceptional guest experiences on the floor with a community perspective.
• Support product seeding and attend local studios and events.
• Analyze community data and share insights with store leadership.
