Thrive is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee financial performance, leasing operations and on-site teams at our Tacoma-area communities. You will manage budgets, ensure rent collection, coordinate repairs, and enforce lease terms.

The role emphasizes collaboration with HR, maintenance and marketing to deliver exceptional resident experiences. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in property management, 6+ months of supervisory experience, and familiarity with Yardi/CRM and MFTE/Section 8

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management or equivalent.
• 6+ months supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Yardi/CRM and On-Site preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in budgets and stays within guidelines.
• Ensures rents are collected on time and posted.
• Performs evictions, utility cut-offs and landlord liens as required.
• Submits invoices for timely payment and completes month-end procedures.
• Oversees on-site staff hiring, training and performance reviews.
• Maintains lease files in compliance with MFTE/Section 8 as applicable.
• Attends management meetings and submits reports to corporate.
