Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager in Columbus, OH to oversee the daily operations of a housing community on-site. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, financials, and risk management while adhering to company policies, safety standards, and fair housing guidelines.

The role requires strong on-site leadership, budgeting, and leasing expertise, with CAM/ARM preferred and basic computer skills. Excellent resident relations and staff development are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ housing experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site housing community operations under Regional Manager.
• Manage staff, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration & risk management.
• Develop operating budgets and forecasts; monitor deposits, rent collections, and vendor invoices.
• Ensure safety, policy compliance, and fair housing guidelines across the property.
• Lead emergency response for the property and drive resident satisfaction.
