Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Community Manager to oversee daily property operations, lead a team, and drive leasing and revenue goals across a multifamily community. You will ensure compliance with policies, manage vendor relationships, and maintain property standards.

The role requires oversight of budgeting, scheduling, and performance evaluations, with focus on safety, guest relations, and market competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Supervisor experience: 1–3 years managing subordinates.
• Multi-Family Property Management experience: 1–3 years.
• Preferred: Property Management, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service background.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the property team; conduct evaluations.
• Interview, hire, orient, and train new hires.
• Meet revenue goals via marketing and leasing strategies.
• Budget modeling, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and multi-family regulations.
