Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the property. You will handle accounting tasks, rent collection, invoicing, deposits, and reporting using Entrata Yardi and/or OneSite.

The role includes leasing support, marketing collaboration, vendor management, and ensuring resident satisfaction while maintaining safety and property standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience Preferred: Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background.
• Advanced Skills: Communication, Presentation, and Delivery Skills.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management; strong Entrata/Yardi/One Site knowledge.
• Licenses and Certificates Requirements: Valid Driver's License.
• Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 20 pounds; 50 with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Supports leasing and marketing efforts to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by handling full leasing cycle.
• Processes daily financial transactions; reviews and submits invoices for payment.
• Gathers and analyzes market trends to inform improvements and occupancy strategies.
• Enforces lease processes, evictions, collections, and notices as outlined in lease agreements.
• Conducts property tours; maintains relationships with residents and owners; manages contractors.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, and appearance of property; coordinates maintenance tasks.
