Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the community. Responsibilities include processing invoices, rent collections, bank deposits, and reporting, while also helping with leasing efforts to meet occupancy goals.

You will assist with property tours, vendor management, and ensure safety and appearance standards are met, reporting any issues to maintain resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Background in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.
• Computer proficiency in reporting using property management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with financial, leasing, and reporting tasks.
• Complete monthly close-out, invoices, rent collection, and deposits.
• maintain occupancy goals through leasing and marketing activities.
• Conduct property tours and provide updates to clients.
• Supervise maintenance in Community Manager's absence.
