RangeWater Real Estate is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the property. You will handle rent collection, invoices, deposits, and reporting in our property management system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will assist leasing and marketing to reach revenue and occupancy goals, coordinate vendor payments, and help maintain resident satisfaction through strong communication and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management or related service sectors preferred.
• Familiarity with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in financial and operational tasks.
• Process invoices, rent collection, deposits, and close-out reports.
• Support leasing and marketing to reach occupancy goals.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendor management, and resident relations.
