Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the community. You will assist with accounting, monthly close-out, reporting, invoicing, rent collection, deposits, reconciliations, and using the property management system to record all financial activity.

The role requires strong communication, basic math skills, and the ability to work weekends as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Experience in property management, sales, marketing, or customer service helps manage day-to-day operations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills with ability to connect to people at all levels.
• Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and database reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Supports leasing and marketing efforts to achieve revenue and occupancy goals from start to finish.
• Handles daily financial operations, invoices, and payment processing.
• Reconciles accounts and records in the property management system.
• Gathers market trends to inform property improvements and occupancy strategies.
• Oversees safety, cleanliness, and appearance of the property and assists in maintenance coordination.
