Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support budgeting, reporting, leasing, and operations for the property. The role focuses on maintaining occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction while ensuring compliance with company policies.

You will handle daily transactions, coordinate with vendors, and supervise on-site activities, with opportunities for growth within a supportive, people-focused team culture.

Qualifications

• Education and experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience preferred: property management, sales, marketing, and customer service background to manage daily operations.
• Advanced skills: communication, presentation, and delivery with ability to connect to people at all levels.
• Computer skills: proficient in internet, word processing, spreadsheets; strong in property management software (Entrata Yardi and One Site).

Responsibilities

• Supports leasing and marketing to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Processes daily financial transactions and vendor invoices; reconciles and reports.
• Analyzes market trends and recommends improvements for occupancy and revenue.
• Lease enforcement: inspections, evictions, collections, and notifications.
• Manages client/owner relations; conducts property tours and updates on performance.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, and appearance; coordinates maintenance tasks.
• Acts as on-site supervisor in the absence of the Community Manager.
• Develops marketing plans to sustain occupancy and meet goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
