Responsibilities

• Completes daily financial transactions: rents, fees, and other payments.
• Prepares daily bank deposits and periodic financial reports.
• Reviews and submits vendor invoices for payment with approvals.
• Enters bills into the property accounting system and scans invoices.
• Reviews resident files to determine unpaid or late fees and pursues collections.
• Handles evictions per policy and assists with move-outs and dispositions.
• Promotes resident satisfaction and handles complaints promptly.
• Acts as on-site supervisor in Community Manager's absence and supports leasing.
