Qualifications

• Ability to manage accounts payable/receivable, rent collections, and bank deposits.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect rents, post payments, prepare daily deposits and financial reports.
• Process invoices and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Review resident files to collect delinquent balances and enforce leases.
• Assist in managing client/owner relationships and property tours.
