Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking an Associate Community Director to assist the Community Director in managing a property's financial and operational activities in Dallas. The role focuses on accounting, rent collection, invoicing, deposits, and reporting using our property management system.

You will work with on-site staff to control budgets, optimize revenue, handle inquiries, and support leasing and marketing efforts to meet occupancy goals while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2 years in multifamily industry preferred.
• Experience managing day-to-day property operations, including financial records and reports.
• Strong reading, writing, and communication skills for legal documents and tenant interactions.

Responsibilities

• Process rent, fees, and other payments; prepare daily deposits and financial reports.
• Review invoices for payment and coordinate with accounting and vendors.
• Enter approved bills into the accounting system and file scans.
• Review resident accounts for delinquencies and collect payments.
• Assist with evictions in accordance with laws.
• Assist with leasing and marketing to meet revenue goals.
• Maintain attendance and perform reporting duties.
