Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in California seeks a Community Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle. You will leverage product knowledge to guide clients from inquiry to close while adhering to regulatory requirements and Chase policies.

You will collaborate with branch teams, educate customers, and build external relationships with realtors and nonprofits to grow mortgage origination in your community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• Five years of proven mortgage sales experience with knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of local real estate markets and building referral networks.
• Track record of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Chase home lending products and local housing programs.
• Promote mortgage products to Chase customers and the community.
• Act as mortgage expert and promote loan originations with external partners.
• Partner with branches to train staff and introduce clients to bankers.
• Create excellent customer experience through marketing and outreach.
• Serve as the main contact through the loan origination process and resolve issues.
