Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• Five years of proven mortgage sales experience including strong product, credit, and mortgage process knowledge; FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area and ability to build external referral sources and networks.
• Track record of customer satisfaction as demonstrated in scores and comments.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills for homeowner education and community outreach.
• Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active knowledge of Chase home lending products and local housing assistance programs.
• Promote mortgage products to existing Chase customers and the community while growing a pipeline of potential borrowers.
• Act as the mortgage expert and drive originations through external relationships.
• Partner with the branch team, training on products and services and referring clients to bankers.
• Create an outstanding customer experience through marketing, cross-sell, and outreach efforts.
• Serve as the single point of contact through the loan origination process from engagement to closing.
