JPMorganChase in California seeks a Community Home Lending Advisor to be the primary contact for borrowers throughout the loan life cycle, promoting home lending products and ensuring regulatory compliance. You’ll leverage your product knowledge to educate clients and help them achieve homeownership while supporting the team with best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales or real estate.
• Minimum 5 years mortgage sales experience with knowledge of FHA/VA guidelines.
• Strong local housing market knowledge and ability to build referral networks.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and effective communication.

Responsabilités

• Maintain knowledge of Chase home lending products and local housing programs.
• Promote mortgage products to existing customers and the community while adhering to lending guidelines.
• Act as mortgage expert and drive loan originations through external relationships.
• Partner with branches to train staff and connect clients with bankers for new products.
• Create an outstanding customer experience through marketing and outreach.
• Serve as the single point of contact through the loan process from engagement to closing.
