Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager in Escondido, CA to oversee day-to-day operations of a 483-unit lease-up community. You will lead site teams, manage budgets, set rents, review financials, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating maintenance, enforcing leases, and driving occupancy and revenue growth while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to lead and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned property and team.
• Develop budgets and analyze financial statements.
• Set rents, collect fees, and review monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage payments.
• Oversee lease enforcement and occupancy goals.
• Monitor market trends and implement leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and address service issues.
• Supervise staff and manage performance.
• Communicate with owners and provide property performance updates.
