• Lease up experience required.
• Valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Direct the community’s marketing, advertising and sales activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and boost traffic.
• Create print and internet advertising strategies and use PM software to generate reports.
• Inspect units for marketability and assist with merchandising to promote the property.
• Handle leasing process end-to-end: traffic generation, qualifying prospects, lease docs, move-ins.
