Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Escondido, CA, is seeking a seasoned Property Manager for a 483-unit Affordable Housing community. You will lead daily operations, manage a team, oversee leasing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance to meet financial and occupancy goals.

The role requires 5+ years in property management, knowledge of Below Market Rate housing programs, and strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Housing discount applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated; able to lead and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage property budget and analyze financial statements.
• Meet targeted revenues by setting rents, collecting payments, and reviewing monthly reports.
• Approve vendor invoices and ensure insurance and codes are in order.
• Control expenditures within the budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, inspections, and notices.
• Implement marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and respond to complaints and service requests.
• Conduct regular property inspections for safety and appearance.
• Supervise staff and manage performance per policy.
• Maintain client/owner relationships with updates and responses.
• Complete accounting, financial, and administrative reports.
