Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to run day-to-day operations of a 99-unit community in San Diego, CA. You will oversee staff, budgets, leasing, and resident services while ensuring compliance with policies and housing laws.

The role requires 3-5 years of community management, experience with Yardi/RealPage, and a valid driver’s license. The position offers housing discounts and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing and customer service background.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to lead and collaborate in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in budget development by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents, collecting fees, and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices and ensure insurance certificates and coding align with accounts.
• Monitor expenditures to stay within budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, inspections, notices, and late fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests with the maintenance team.
