Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of leasing/sales experience in multi-family housing.
• Previous leasing manager experience preferred.
• Experience with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Create print and internet advertising strategies and generate leasing reports.
• Ensure on-site property standards, stage units, and promote salability.
• Manage leasing process: traffic, showings, leases, and move-ins according to policies.
• Oversee renewal program and communicate with residents about renewals.
• Supervise leasing team, hire, train, and evaluate staff.
