Qualifications

• 4–6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Experience using Yardi Systems or RealPage is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property and ensure others on-site have one.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the property and staff to meet budgeted financial/operational goals.
• Develops and implements short- and long-range marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Reviews financial statements, rents, deposits, and budgets; prepares and reviews monthly financial reports.
• Manages vendor relations, invoices, and contract administration within approved budgets.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, ADA, and other regulations; conducts regular property inspections and maintains safety/appearance.
