Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a 250-unit midrise Lease Up property. You will manage team, budgets, and leasing activity to hit financial and occupancy targets.

Responsibilities include budgeting input, revenue targets, supplier invoices, vendor coordination, inspections, staff supervision, and owner communications, with a focus on resident satisfaction and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Input into budget development by analyzing financials, marketing data, and reports.
• Meet targeted revenues by setting rent rates and collecting payments; review monthly status reports.
• Approve invoices from vendors and ensure insurance certificates and proper coding.
• Control expenditures within budget; manage petty cash balance.
• Oversee lease enforcement and processing of applications, renewals, notices, and evictions.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly; supervise maintenance to standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and appeal of grounds and buildings.
• Supervise staff through hiring, training, and performance management.
