Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager/Leasing Manager for a Lease-Up community in San Diego, CA. The role directs marketing, advertising and sales activities to hit revenue and occupancy targets, with a 531-unit inventory and Tue-Sat 9am-6pm schedule.

1–2 years of leasing experience required; Yardi Voyager, CRM or Rent Cafe experience preferred. You will lead the leasing team, set rents, monitor performance, and work with maintenance to ensure quality and marketability of units.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property manager or leasing manager experience required.
• Previous lease-up experience preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager, CRM systems or Rent Cafe preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Supervises leasing team and coordinates with maintenance to ensure property appearance and safety.
