Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Community Manager to lead property operations, drive leasing strategies, and supervise a site team. You will manage budgets, analyze market trends, and ensure compliance with all regulations while delivering exceptional resident experiences.

The role emphasizes strong communication, vendor coordination, and a focus on safety and curb appeal across a Denver-area property portfolio.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
Supervisor Experience: 1 - 3 Years Proven skills sufficient to hire, lead, direct, evaluate, and manage subordinates and team members, are required.
Management: 1 - 3 Years Multi-Family Property Management
Experience Preferred: Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background sufficient to manage the day‑to‑ day operation of an apartment community.
Advanced Skills: Communication, Presentation, and Delivery Skills with ability to connect to people at all levels.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs for reporting purposes. Strong proficiency in property management software (Entrata/Yardi and One Site).

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the team’s daily activities and resources to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
Ensure property operations comply with policies, laws, and multi-family housing regulations.
Hire, lead, evaluate, and train new hires.
Increase revenue through marketing and leasing strategies.
Perform budget modeling, forecasting, and profitability analysis; manage invoicing and records.
Analyze market trends and adapt strategies; stay updated on tech and leasing tools.
Enforce leases including inspections, evictions, collections, and notices.
Conduct property tours and update owners; manage contractors and vendors.
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal; report equipment malfunctions.
Resolve customer complaints and build market relationships.
Assist in competitor benchmarking and market networking.
Other duties as assigned.
