Job summary

RangeWater is seeking a Community Manager in Boulder, CO to lead a team, drive leasing and marketing strategies, and manage day-to-day operations of a multi-family property. The role focuses on achieving financial and operational goals while maintaining service standards and safety across the site.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with property management software such as Entrata/Yardi or One Site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years supervisor/management experience.
• Experience in multi-family property management preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi or One Site).

Responsibilities

• Manage team and daily activities to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Prepare financial records, reports, and invoices; assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Coordinate safety, maintenance, and vendor relationships; ensure compliance with policies and laws.
