Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Community Manager to oversee daily property operations, lead a team, and drive leasing and marketing strategies at a multi-family community. You will manage budgets, analyze profitability, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant housing regulations.

The role requires 1–3 years of multifamily property management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with property management software such as Entrata, Yardi, or OneSite.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• 1 - 3 Years Proven skills sufficient to hire, lead, direct, evaluate, and manage subordinates and team members.
• 1 - 3 Years Multi-Family Property Management Experience Preferred: Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day operation of an apartment community.
• Advanced Skills: Communication, Presentation, and Delivery Skills with ability to connect to people at all levels.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs for reporting purposes.
• Licenses Current Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Lead and evaluate team members; hire, orient, and train new staff.
• Meet targeted revenue goals by increasing sales and implementing marketing and leasing strategies.
• Budget modeling, forecasting, and profitability analysis and management.
• Complete financial records, documents, and reports.
• Invoicing Management and property-level reporting.
• Coordinate maintenance, contractor and vendor management; ensure safety and curb appeal.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints; monitor market trends.
