You will supervise staff, coordinate vendor relationships, and uphold company standards across operations for one or more multi-family communities.

The role requires strong leadership, budget discipline, and a customer-focused approach to daily operations and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience leading a property team preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
