RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Community Manager to lead a property team and drive leasing performance for a multi-family community. You will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with owners to achieve financial goals.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, customer service, and market knowledge, with a focus on maintaining property standards and tenant satisfaction. Weekend availability and local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Supervisor/management experience in multi-family property management is preferred.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service helpful for daily operations.
• Strong communication, presentation and delivery skills.
• Computer skills: internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases; Entrata/Yardi and OneSite knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members; interview, hire, orient, and train new hires.
• Drive revenue through targeted sales and leasing strategies.
• Model budgets, forecast finances, and analyze profitability.
• Monitor market trends and update leasing tools and processes.
• Enforce lease terms; oversee inspections, collections, and notifications.
• Manage client/owner relations; conduct property tours and reporting.
• Oversee safety, cleanliness, curb appeal, and maintenance compliance.
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain high service levels.
• Monitor competitors and build market relationships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
