Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Community Manager to lead the property team and drive revenue for a multifamily community. You will hire and train staff, implement leasing strategies, and monitor budgets and performance.

The role requires oversight of maintenance, safety, and owner communications, with strong emphasis on customer service and regulatory compliance. Weekend work may be required in a dynamic site environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• 1 - 3 Years Proven skills sufficient to hire, lead, direct, evaluate, and manage subordinates and team members.
• Multi-Family Property Management experience preferred: Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background to manage day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the property team’s daily activities to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Interview, hire, orient, and train new hires; conduct employee evaluations.
• Meet targeted revenue goals by implementing marketing and leasing strategies.
• Budget modeling, forecasting, profitability analysis, and reporting.
• Oversee maintenance, safety, and curb appeal of the property; ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Client/Owner communication; conduct property tours and provide performance updates.
