RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Community Manager to lead a property team, drive leasing and revenue, and ensure smooth daily operations. You will supervise staff, monitor budgets, and coordinate maintenance while upholding safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in multifamily property management, strong communication, and proficiency with Entrata/Yardi/OneSite. This on-site role offers competitive benefits and a path to leadership within RangeWater.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in multifamily property management.
• Experience in sales, marketing and customer service preferred for daily operations.

Mansioni

• Lead and evaluate a property management team to meet budgeted goals.
• Meet revenue targets through leasing strategies and marketing plans.
• Model budgets, forecast, and prepare financial reports.
• Oversee property maintenance, inspections, and safety compliance.
