Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in multifamily property management.
• Experience in sales, marketing and customer service preferred for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evaluate a property management team to meet budgeted goals.
• Meet revenue targets through leasing strategies and marketing plans.
• Model budgets, forecast, and prepare financial reports.
• Oversee property maintenance, inspections, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with clients/owners and manage contractors and vendors.
• Address customer issues and ensure service quality and curb appeal.
